Entry Fee:  U8-U9 =$125; U10-U16 = $150; U17-U19 = $175
Format:  5 v. 5 (including goal keeper)

Schedules: Please be advised, web schedules are always subject to last minute changes; official schedules will be handed out at check-in.

Tournament Headquarters: Girls headquarters will be at the West Community Center, Boys will be at the South Community Center.

Team Check-in: Will be at the Tournament Headquarters (Girls at West, Boys at South). Teams should check-in at least one hour before their first scheduled game but may check in earlier.
 
Team Check-in Form: This form is required to check in your team and must be accompanied by an official roster, player passes, medical release forms, and travel authorizations if you are from out of state.
