Braided Bread Fundraiser

Start Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2008

Cost and profit: Price is $10.00 per loaf and the profit will be approximately $3.11 per loaf. Checks are made payable to Rushmore Soccer Club.

Individual orders to Team Rep: Friday, October 24th by 5:00 PM.

Team Reps must call or email team orders to Club Coordinator by:
Monday, October 27th by 12:00 NOON, this is to ensure that we get our orders in by the 5:00 PM deadline.

Pick-up Date:

Wednesday, November 12th, 2008 at the I-90 Cold Storage from 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM, this is a designated time. Each age group has an assigned time to pick up. This will help decrease chaos and ensure everyone gets their correct orders.

U10 – U11 Boys and Girls pick–up will be from 3:45 PM – 4:00 PM
U12 – U13 Boys and Girls pick-up will be from 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM
U14 – U16 Boys and Girls pick-up will be from 4:15 PM – 4:30 PM
U17 – U19 Boys and Girls pick-up will be from 4:30 PM – 4:45 PM

Please make sure you have someone delegated to pick up for the team to ensure all merchandise is distributed in a timely matter.

Directions to I-90 Cold Storage:
1. Take I-90 East to Exit 61 - Elk Vale Rd
2. Turn right and immediately to your left is the service road that runs by the LaQuinta, Fairfield Inn and WaTiki Waterpark.
3. Take the service road to the end, (passing a firework stand, Woodstock supply, and other businesses); the last building is I-90 Cold Storage; there probably will be several Land of Lakes semis parked in the lot.
You can back up onto the concrete loading dock for pickup.
