Woodridge Candles (and more) Fundraiser

Orders and $$$ are due to your team coordinator by Tuesday, March 25th.

I will be at Dunn Bros on Thursday, Mar 17th at 5-7 PM for you to drop off order forms. We need the actual order form to be sent to the Candle Company! I will need to send the order forms on Friday, Mar 28th to Woodridge Candle.

Team Reps must confirm accuracy and readability of all order and financially reconcile prior to turning in your order forms. All money needs to be turned into your team treasurer. Team reps can set an earlier order turn in deadline within their team to allow time to organize the team orders prior to turn in time to Club Coordinator (Jackie Borr).

Our dates are really close and I will help reconcile if necessary.

Profit margin for the candle is 47%. This is the amount for players accounts.

Pick up date is Saturday, Apr 5th, 2008 at 4417 Seeaire St. I will give you time as we get closer to delivery date.

If anything would change due to the weather I will contact you ASAP!

Trying to get them her for Easter! Easter is really early this year.

All orders come already sorted by player as Woodridge will package each order individually according to order form. If any errors are made the club coordinator needs to know right away.

One person on your team needs to pickup your order and get to your parents.
