This is the second of two high paced indoor tournaments for U10 to U19 boys & girls. Rushmore Soccer Club in cooperation with the SDASA will be offering a co-ed open division for players 18 and over. If you would like to enter a team in the open division, complete the following forms:
---Adult Open Division Team Registration
---Code of Conduct
---Release and Waiver of Liability

"If you have are not a member of the South Dakota Adult Soccer Association you must also complete the following form and pay an $18.00 registration fee"

Please be advised, web schedules are always subject to last minute changes; Official Schedules will be handed out at Check-in.

Tournament Headquarters - located at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center outside the food court

As always final schedule and rules information can be obtained at the time of check-in or from Tournament Headquarters at any time during the tournament.

Team Check-in is at Tournament Headquarters (this is for all teams)

Team Check-in Form this is required to check in your team accompanied by official rosters, player passes, medical release forms, and travel authorizations if you are from out of state.

Field Location - Rushmore Plaza Civic Center and the South & West Community Centers

CC1 - CC4 are Civic Center Fields
W1 & W2 are West Community Center Fields
S1 & S2 are South Community Center Fields

The Rushmore Plaza Civic Center is on Mt. Rushmore Road or off of 5th St next to the Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn. Need better directions?

The South Community Center is connected to South Middle School on Indiana Street. Indiana Street is just off of 5th Street just short of the hospital.
